RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Favourite Girl, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. 

We only accept returns in the following circumstances:

THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE 

YOU REQUIRE A SIZE EXCHANGE *SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILTY*

To be eligible for a return or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

If your order arrives damaged please email us with your order number and clear photograph of the items issue.

For size exchanges customers are responsible for return shipping cost, unless item is faulty.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
